We can do a quote, or just answer questions you may have about how the robots operate from the PLC. Once purchased, we can assist you with questions on the integration, setup, or programming. We provide a detailed manual on the setup and a tutorial on the programming.
Want local support fast, contact your local distributor. They are very knowledgeable about how the systems work and may even be able to help with some basic programming setup. Our goal is to train the distributors to provide fast and efficient support locally, from people you probably already know and work with each business day. Replacement parts should be common-off-the-shelf components that you can buy right from your local Rockwell Automation distributor. This will reduce the amount of downtime your company will encounter, should something happen.
